 step 1: Open your root path like C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\dialog left click to open git-bash



step2: Install the latest version of drush in drupal using composser .

command :- composer require drush/drush

 step3: how to see drush configation 

Command: - vendor/bin/drush -v


step4: how to cache rebuild

Command: - vendor/bin/drush cr
