How to fix Drupal issue: “This field has been disabled because you do not have sufficient permissions to edit it”.

Step 1: Goto-> /admin/config/content/formats

Now click on configure 

Step 2: You get the page /admin/config/content/formats/manage/full_html give the permission to editor role.
