How to solve "ignore-platform-reqs" flag when running composer ?

  Step 1: Run the composer required command see the screen shot which get the extension related warning.

        

Step 2: Open the php.ini file.

Step 3: Open php.ini in ".\xampp\php"     change ;extension=intl to extension=intl.

Step 4: Restart the Apache Server.

Step 5: Run the step first command which is step 1.
